When You Sign Up:
You’re Responsible for Providing Your Correct Name as It Appears on Your License & Your Full License Number. An email will be sent with a link to a payment portal to download your receipt for this class.
Right After You Sign Up:
You’ll receive an email from AgentCare@AgentFormula.com with the class information which includes date and time. If it is a zoom meeting, you will receive the Zoom ID and Password.
The Day Of Class:
You’ll receive a reminder email along with the Evaluation Form and Handouts and the class info described above. This email will also be sent 1 hour before class.
Class Day:
You’re responsible for your own device (laptop, computer, iPad, mobile phone, ect) with a functioning Camera and audio capability. Test your equipment before the class starts.

Within 2 Business Days (Weekdays) After The Class Day:
Your CE Certificate will be emailed to you within 2 full business weekdays after completion of the class.
If Zoom Class:
The instructor can disqualify zoom people for various reasons including being late, disabling video, not checking in when asked, not paying attention during class, and not being in person.
Students on Zoom shouldn’t be driving or doing other tasks during the class.
Please don’t use virtual backgrounds as they can obscure you. Have cameras pointed at you. Instructor disqualifications are final.
