Free CE Class Terms of Service

By registering for the free Continuing Education (CE) classes offered by Agent Formula, you agree to the following Terms of Service (TOS). These terms apply to any agent who uses this, or any other promotion offered by Agent Formula. The free CE class offer is a privilege and can be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of Agent Formula.

Eligibility Requirements

  1. Affiliation with Brokerage: This offer is available exclusively to agents who are currently affiliated with Love Las Vegas Realty or O48 Realty or Agent Formula. Proof of affiliation may be requested at any time.
  2. Offer Limitations: This offer is limited to agents who meet all criteria outlined in these terms. It may not be transferred or applied to agents from any other brokerage or service, unless expressly stated by Agent Formula.
  3. Usage: Agents must sign up in advance and online at https://lasvegasagentformula.com/ce-class-sign-up/. The form will require credit card information. The fee will be reduced by 100% when the coupon code is applied. Walk ins will be expected to pay full price.

Revocation of Offer

Agent Formula reserves the right to revoke the free CE class offer at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the following:

  • The agent is no longer affiliated or has outstanding or overdue payments with Love Las Vegas Realty or O48 Realty or Agent Formula.
  • The agent is found to have misrepresented their eligibility or used a coupon code not intended for them, including sharing it with non-eligible agents.
  • The agent fails to comply with the rules, regulations, or policies of the class or Love Las Vegas Realty or O48 Realty or Agent Formula.
  • Any other reason as determined by Agent Formula, in its sole discretion.

Any misuse of the coupon code will result in the immediate termination of the offer and may result in further action, including but not limited to the agent being barred from future promotions or classes or revocation CE credits or removal from class.9600

Modifications to Terms

Agent Formula reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate these Terms of Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Continued use of the free CE class offer after modifications to the TOS constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
